Kris Moon (they/she/we)is a queer, transracial adoptee whose healing path has been non-linear, unconventional, full of “contradictions”, and raw.
Kris approaches the work of personal and collective healing from a lens of “we’re all doing the best we can AND we can do better.”
They facilitate embodiment-based, trauma-informed learning experiences to help us connect in a disconnected world.
Kris is held in spiritual community, daily contemplative practice and deep care as a parent, land steward and community member. They live with their family on the ancestral lands of the Tsalagi people outside of Asheville, North Carolina.
